Dockets Change: Verify Before You Rely
A docket is a live event index. Courts can add filings, move hearings, enter orders, correct clerical data, seal material, or update a disposition. Arizona Public Access also refreshes on a schedule and states that it is not the official complete record. A saved result or prior calendar view may no longer show the current state of a case.
Verify With the Official Source
The Superior Clerk is the source for an Apache Superior Court certified record. Each Justice or Municipal clerk is the source for its own lower-court file. Arizona Supreme Court Rule 123 and specific confidentiality statutes control access. A Public Access result, eAccess preview, or outside search result should be checked against the originating court when accuracy matters.
